from Australia comes from South Eastern Australia, which is made up of
four states and has a WARM, DRY CLIMATE, essential
to growing excellent wine grapes.

Mixing grape varieties is what Australia is known for. Wines are then named after both varietals used in the mix, with the predominant grape coming first. For wines made up of at least 85 percent of one grape, the wine is named after that single grape. |
